The Senior Living Executive Director is tasked with ensuring the community operates efficiently while providing exceptional care and service to residents.:

    Lead the community's day-to-day operations, including associate relations and resident engagement;; Develop and implement business plans to position the community as a preferred choice in the local market;; Manage financial performance by creating and analyzing annual operating and capital budgets;; Foster an inclusive culture that promotes teamwork and collaboration among associates;; Support department leaders in recruitment, training, and retention of high-quality staff;; Build strong relationships with residents and their families to enhance satisfaction and retention;; Drive sales and marketing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets;; Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal requirements
