Job Description:
- We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Project Engineer to join our dynamic team, where you will tackle some of the most challenging technical problems in the industry. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and management of mechanical engineering projects from initial concept through to successful completion. You will work alongside a group of enthusiastic engineers and innovators dedicated to creating unique products that make a real impact in the energy sector. As part of your responsibilities, you will develop innovative mechanical designs, run feasibility studies, select appropriate materials, and collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure that your designs are practical and cost-effective. You will also define and implement testing procedures to ensure that our products not only meet industry standards but exceed customer expectations. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide mentorship to junior engineers, and lead project planning and management efforts.

As a Senior Mechanical Project Engineer, you will take on various critical responsibilities that require both technical expertise and strong leadership skills.:
- Develop innovative mechanical designs and concepts, ensuring they are reliable and cost-effective;; Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to validate design choices and enhance performance;; Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and extensive documentation;; Select suitable materials for mechanical components, focusing on sustainability and durability;; Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure designs can be produced efficiently;; Define and implement comprehensive test plans and procedures for quality assurance;; Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to achieve project objectives and milestones;; Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and team members;; Lead project execution, including defining scopes, budgets, and timelines;; Monitor project progress, identify risks, and apply mitigation strategies

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Mechanical Engineer designing and delivering electromechanical equipment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in designing mobile machinery or equipment
- Familiarity with lifting and Ex design codes and criteria
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in SolidEdge design software
- A genuine passion for technical innovation and problem-solving
