Job Description:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful development, implementation, and execution of various small to medium-sized internal projects. Your work will be crucial in driving Aon Netherlands towards its strategic goals. In this position, you will oversee multiple change initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while meeting all project success criteria. Your responsibilities will include monitoring task progress, managing budgets, allocating resources, assessing risks, and resolving issues. You will also engage with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure alignment and manage expectations effectively. Your oversight will ensure that projects achieve their defined objectives while adhering to project management frameworks such as PMBOK, Prince2, or Agile methodologies. You will often collaborate with colleagues across different teams, and you will receive the necessary guidance and support throughout your projects.
