We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to spearhead our endeavors in the energy transition sector. In this role, you will oversee a variety of impactful projects that aim to facilitate the shift towards sustainable energy solutions. Your expertise will be vital in managing significant initiatives across multiple sectors, including Power-to-X, Gas Infrastructure, Energy Intensive Industries, Bioenergy, and Power Generation. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for aligning project objectives with our organizational goals while fostering collaboration among diverse teams. Your strategic oversight will ensure that projects are executed efficiently, adhering to both industry standards and environmental regulations. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring successful delivery from conception through to execution.:

Develop and tailor project management processes for energy transition projects;; Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery across various sectors;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project scope and objectives;; Maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, and budgets;; Monitor project progress and report on risks and challenges;; Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders;; Ensure compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations;; Provide strategic insights to senior leadership regarding market positioning

• Experience in the Process Industry, particularly in petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, or Steel
