SW Release Manager - Hybrid

Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled SW Release Manager to join our dynamic team in Södertälje, Stockholm County. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of overseeing and coordinating our software release processes. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively plan, schedule, and manage the software releases, ensuring that they are delivered on time and meet our rigorous quality standards. You will work closely with various cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure a seamless and efficient release process. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks associated with software releases, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep everyone informed of progress and any potential issues. Additionally, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining release schedules, facilitating release planning meetings, and implementing improvements to our release management processes. By monitoring the performance of released software and gathering feedback, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and processes.
