Job Description:
- Are you a technically educated individual with a few years of project management experience? Do you have a background in customer service and are you looking to work in a role that involves significant customer interaction? If you are motivated by building long-term relationships, this position might be perfect for you. In your role as a project manager, you will be part of a team of 15 professionals engaged in project-based work with clients. You will closely collaborate with sub-project managers who are responsible for internal coordination across various departments, each contributing to different aspects of the project. Your duties will encompass everything from contract writing and planning to negotiations, as well as providing support and maintenance post-delivery. As a technical project manager, you will oversee various project phases and ensure successful delivery while maintaining close relationships with clients.:
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to define project scope and objectives;; Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule;; Facilitate communication between different departments involved in the project;; Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders;; Negotiate contracts and terms with clients
