Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager who specializes in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) for HVDC projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PLM processes and previous experience managing PLM projects within large organizations. Your role will involve coordinating effectively with business leads to navigate the complexities of project planning and execution. You will be responsible for interpreting business needs and translating them into actionable tasks for the technical development team. Furthermore, you will prepare comprehensive project presentations and reports for the PLM Business Program, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives. As a leader, you will embody the core values of collaboration, accountability, and personal development, thereby fostering a positive team environment.

You will oversee various aspects of PLM project management, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with business objectives.:
- Manage project planning and execution with business leads;; Resolve challenges and adapt to changes in project details;; Understand business models and support technical team members;; Prepare and present technical project reports and presentations
