Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Technical Project Manager who possesses a strong technical background. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and driving customer projects from the concept development phase through to the approval of the final product. You will lead a cross-functional project team comprising three to ten members, depending on the project's stage. If you are proactive, an effective communicator, and have a strong drive to propel projects forward, you may be the ideal candidate for this position. The project team you will be a part of will include resources from our headquarters in Klippan, our manufacturing unit in Poland, and, occasionally, from our assembly units in Germany and Brazil. The products you will work on are visible interior systems that meet high standards for functionality, safety, and aesthetics. The materials involved range from plastics and steel to aluminum and textiles. Klippan Safety places great emphasis on technology and development, with excellent available resources including a crash test facility, 3D printers, and a prototype workshop. Our focus on continuous product and process improvement is complemented by a strong emphasis on pre-development, which involves innovations and concepts for future markets. As a Technical Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities both internally and with clients. You will ensure that communication flows smoothly both within the team and with external stakeholders. It is essential that you meet project objectives, including timelines, product costs, assembly costs, investments, and quality targets. You will also be responsible for generating project reports in various client systems.:
