Vice President of Operations

Job Description:

    We are on a mission to restore North America's soil and grasslands. Our company connects ranchers with affordable products to enhance their rotational grazing operations. With our recent merger with Range Ward, we are looking for an accomplished Vice President of Operations to drive the integration process and support our continued growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading teams across various supply chain functions including warehousing, distribution, merchandising, and manufacturing. This role is pivotal in steering our Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Service Operations throughout North America. The VP of Operations will foster a culture of excellence and growth while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.

The responsibilities of the Vice President of Operations encompass a wide range of operational and strategic elements aimed at fostering growth and efficiency within the company. This role will require a strong focus on integration of newly acquired businesses and teams.:

    Lead and develop operations teams comprising 15-20 individuals;; Design and implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs;; Create and optimize supply chain practices for better inventory control;; Standardize manufacturing and product development processes;; Champion a unified IT platform for operations;; Develop strategies for talent assessment and retention;; Execute a comprehensive operations integration strategy for mergers;; Align company cultures during the integration process;; Manage cross-functional project teams through the merger
