Job Description:
- We are seeking a strategic professional to take on the role of VP, Business Analytics Lead Analyst. In this role, you will lead the Cards Business Strategy and Analytics teams, driving horizontal strategy initiatives that require a blend of creative problem-solving and quantitative analysis. You will translate complex business challenges into actionable projects and deliver compelling presentations to senior executives.

As the VP, Business Analytics Lead Analyst, your responsibilities will include a variety of strategic analytical tasks aimed at enhancing business performance and decision-making.:
- Recommend future strategic business opportunities and enhancements to existing products and policies.;; Collect and analyze operational data from various stakeholders to evaluate past business performance.;; Identify patterns and trends in data to provide insights for improved business planning and process optimization.;; Engage in both exploratory and confirmatory data analysis to derive actionable insights.;; Translate complex data findings into customer behavior insights that will inform targeting and segmentation strategies.;; Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop, implement, and refine decision-making strategies.;; Evaluate new data sources and tools to continuously improve processes and analytics capabilities.;; Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations while maintaining the firm's reputation and safeguarding its assets.
