As the VP of Hydrometallurgy Delivery, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight and operational efficiency of multiple project deliveries.:
- Manage all delivery activities in Hydrometallurgy, including project management, engineering, procurement, and site support.;; Ensure profitable operations and resource management across the Hydrometallurgy Delivery portfolio.;; Facilitate customer satisfaction by managing relationships and ensuring project expectations are met.;; Adhere to safety standards and local regulations in all hydrometallurgy activities.;; Communicate the operational and business model of Hydrometallurgy to stakeholders.;; Identify continuous improvement opportunities and gather lessons learned from project executions.
