Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a talented and detail-oriented Software Tester with 3 to 6 years of experience to enhance our quality assurance team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability for our software products. This role involves the development of comprehensive test plans and the execution of both manual and automated testing processes across varied software applications. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying software defects, documenting issues meticulously, and collaborating closely with developers and product managers to ensure that testing objectives are met. The Software Tester will be responsible for executing testing strategies that ensure software quality and performance.:

Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases derived from project requirements.;; Conduct both manual and automated testing across a variety of software applications and platforms.;; Identify, document, and manage defects and issues using tracking tools such as JIRA.;; Collaborate with development teams to align testing objectives with project requirements.;; Perform regression testing to confirm that new code changes do not negatively impact existing functionalities.;; Design and maintain automated test scripts using testing frameworks such as Selenium.;; Analyze testing results, providing insights and recommendations for quality improvement.;; Participate in code reviews to contribute to the overall enhancement of the software development process.;; Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies and tools.
