Job Description:

As a QA Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and performance of our digital products across various platforms. You will implement and uphold quality standards to provide our customers with an exceptional product experience. Collaborating closely with an agile team, you will develop robust testing strategies and guidelines, ensuring best practices are consistently adhered to during the development process. Your expertise will be critical in guiding the team through testing and validation for new features. You will be responsible for fostering a quality-first mindset within the team, actively participating in defining, implementing, and executing comprehensive test cases, and ensuring thorough test protocols are established. Your proactive approach will help identify and resolve bugs swiftly, and you will be instrumental in advocating for quality management throughout the organization. Additionally, you will monitor product quality performance, suggest improvements, and define various test sets throughout the product lifecycle. You will also ensure effective communication with stakeholders during the release management process and work on automating tests to enhance testing efficiency.

Establish and maintain quality standards for products., Develop and execute testing strategies and guidelines., Guide the agile team in the testing and validation processes for new features., Define, implement, and improve test cases for various testing levels., Identify and resolve bugs efficiently in coordination with the agile team., Promote proactive quality assurance and individual accountability within the team., Continuously monitor product quality and suggest improvements., Define and execute various test sets throughout the product lifecycle., Manage release processes and ensure effective communication with stakeholders., Implement and improve automated tests for efficient testing., Lead the review and approval of unit tests performed by developers., Mentor junior QA team members in testing strategy and professional development.

Qualifications:
