QA Engineer

Job Description:

    We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our IT systems, particularly focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. You will work collaboratively with various business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop test plans, and execute both manual and automated testing. Your role will also involve troubleshooting issues within Dynamics 365 F&O and managing support tickets in Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of testing methodologies and a keen interest in the financial processes of the business.

As a QA Engineer, you will handle various responsibilities to ensure the quality of our software systems.:

    Collaborate with business teams to gather and analyze requirements.;; Implement and configure Dynamics 365 F&O modules as per specifications.;; Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.;; Perform both manual and automated testing to ensure software quality.;; Identify, document, and track defects and issues for resolution.;; Manage and maintain support tickets in Azure DevOps.
