As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will collaborate closely with our Development and Support teams to design, implement, and execute comprehensive testing strategies for various application features. Your role will extend to working alongside leadership to enhance and document processes aimed at elevating system quality and streamlining workflows across teams. This position emphasizes the importance of a proactive team player who possesses strong communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of the testing process are executed flawlessly.

The responsibilities of this position encompass a variety of tasks centered around quality assurance and testing.:

Design, create, and execute test cases leveraging automation tools and API testing frameworks.;; Identify, document, and communicate software defects and recommend effective solutions or workarounds.;; Take ownership of the decision-making process regarding staging to production deployments based on testing outcomes.
