Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description:

    As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Your role will involve overseeing the quality assurance processes throughout the product development and manufacturing stages. You will be responsible for executing our quality testing program, addressing any quality concerns, and ensuring adherence to chemical compliance and safety regulations. You will actively collaborate with various departments, including Merchandising, Design, and Sourcing, to communicate quality expectations and resolve any issues. Your expertise in textile testing and garment construction will enable you to review test reports, manage wear testing programs, and approve production garments. Moreover, you will work closely with our Country Office staff to ensure that all required testing is completed and that regulatory standards are consistently met.

The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for a variety of quality assurance tasks, ensuring that all products meet established standards.:

    Participate actively in the quality testing program and initiatives.;; Ensure all customer testing requirements are met, including Walmart's specific testing for internal styles.;; Follow up with decorators to verify completion of regulatory testing.;; Collaborate with Country Office staff to monitor testing progress at factories and communicate results to the US Office.;; Evaluate and determine the acceptability of test reports and samples.;; Manage an Internal Wear Testing Program to influence product development and manufacturing decisions effectively.;; Review and approve top of production garments to ensure they meet quality standards.;; Work with Country Office staff to ensure Children's Product Certificates and General Certificates of Conformity are completed for all product shipments.;; Maintain and update the testing program manual and its appendices as required.
