Job Description:

As a Quality Assurance Engineer II, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive QA strategies aligned with industry standards such as ASPICE 3.1. Your expertise will facilitate project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring compliance and excellence in software quality. You will track work product and process performance objectives, coordinate QA activities, and mentor project teams to enhance their understanding of quality assurance principles. Through internal audits and performance reviews, you will identify non-conformances and implement corrective actions, while generating detailed QA reports for management review. Your role will involve various responsibilities that are essential for maintaining the quality of our software products.:
- Define and execute QA strategies according to ASPICE 3.1;; Support project teams throughout the project lifecycle;; Identify and track performance objectives for work products and processes;; Coordinate and oversee software quality assurance activities;; Facilitate the establishment of project performance metrics;; Conduct internal QA audits as per ASPICE 3.1 and IATF standards;; Escalate non-conformance issues to appropriate stakeholders;; Generate QA reports and present findings to management;; Facilitate process implementation and improvement initiatives;; Conduct release and process performance reviews;; Provide mentoring and training to project team members
