We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join a dynamic team in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of software applications through rigorous testing processes. You will engage in both manual and automated testing activities, contributing to the development of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies, as well as a willingness to adapt to new technologies and practices. You will be working in a collaborative Agile environment, focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences and identifying areas for improvement. As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include designing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and ensuring the overall quality of software applications. You will also collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test strategies.:

Conduct thorough manual testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure functionality;; Participate in the development of automated testing scripts using Java and Selenium;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide feedback on usability and functionality;; Document test results and communicate findings to stakeholders;; Assist in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
