As the Software Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for a variety of key tasks that ensure the highest quality of our software products. This includes leading a remote testing team, developing and maintaining test plans, and implementing test automation frameworks. You will also be expected to create manual test cases where automation is impractical, report and track bugs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes.:

Lead and manage a remote team of testers;; Review product requirements for testability and clarity;; Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans;; Implement and enhance test automation frameworks;; Create manual test cases as needed;; Report and track bugs with detailed reproduction steps;; Prioritize test cases based on risk and business impact;; Collaborate with development and product teams;; Stay updated on industry trends and QA best practices;; Participate in Agile development ceremonies
