Test Automation Engineer

Job Description:

    We are seeking a talented Test Automation Engineer who specializes in both manual and automated testing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in developing and executing automated testing scripts using tools such as Cypress and SauceLab for mobile testing. You will collaborate closely with development teams to maintain code quality and enhance existing automation frameworks. A solid understanding of Java and basic JavaScript coding is essential, as is the ability to adapt to new tools as required by our clients. The position requires hands-on experience with the BDD Cucumber framework, debugging skills, and effective exception handling. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, along with experience using Jira and Jenkins, is necessary to thrive in this role. Additionally, experience with performance testing using JMeter is a plus. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and your contributions will be integral to our long-term project goals.

    Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress and SauceLab;; Perform manual testing to ensure quality and functionality;; Collaborate with development teams to improve code quality;; Execute automated test cases and report findings;; Enhance existing automation frameworks as per client requirements;; Participate in Agile sprints and manage backlogs effectively;; Utilize tools like Jira and Jenkins for tracking and continuous integration
