Job Description:
- As a key player in the analytics team, you will focus on leveraging financial data to drive meaningful insights and influence decision-making across the organization. This role is central to understanding and improving Netflix's financial operations as the company continues to grow and evolve globally. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including finance teams and data engineers, to develop self-service data tools and impactful reporting solutions. Your analytical acumen will enable you to uncover valuable patterns and provide recommendations that will shape our financial strategy. You will also be responsible for enhancing and maintaining analytical tools that support critical business processes, ensuring that financial data is accessible and actionable for all teams involved.

The successful candidate will undertake various responsibilities aimed at optimizing financial data analysis and reporting.:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to influence decision-making with data-driven insights;; Conduct proactive data analysis to uncover significant patterns;; Develop and promote the use of self-service data products and solutions;; Build visually appealing and high-performing dashboards using tools like Tableau;; Partner with data engineers to design and enhance data structures for improved analysis;; Explore and implement innovative data methods to enhance accuracy and visualization;; Maintain analytical tools related to month-end close processes to provide scalable solutions
