Associate Director/Director – ERP Implementation (Consultant)
Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Associate Director or Director to oversee the implementation of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Netsuite. This pivotal role involves extensive project management, where you will analyze, plan, and drive the successful execution of the ERP implementation. You will be responsible for establishing key performance metrics and ensuring that the service delivery processes align with the strategic objectives of the organization. Your expertise will guide the project from initiation through to closure, ensuring that every aspect is executed with precision and quality. This position will demand collaboration with diverse internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones, particularly in the USA and Europe. You will report directly to the Vice President of Finance, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across teams.

As the Project Manager for the ERP Implementation, you will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that the defined scope is met and that quality standards are upheld.:
- Define and understand project scope, schedule, and deliverables while collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet their needs;; Lead end-to-end program management including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure;; Manage relationships with the ERP implementation partner and ensure effective communication;; Oversee transition and change management before, during, and after project implementation;; Engage in stakeholder management by working closely with both internal and external parties;; Drive project reviews and risk mitigation strategies based on data-driven insights;; Report on project activities, ensuring systems and information security are prioritized;; Implement process optimizations and identify areas for compliance improvement;; Facilitate knowledge sharing by creating knowledgebase articles;; Analyze project metrics and resolve issues affecting service quality
