The Business Processes Consultant adopts key methodologies of Solution Support through holistic engagement that involves understanding core business processes, end-to-end customer solutions, and system landscapes. This role is based in the Center of Expertise in Sankt Leon Rot, Germany, supporting large companies operating SAP in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. ABOUT THE TEAM We are a multi-location technical team from 10+ countries, engaging customers worldwide in over 20 languages. We collaborate closely as one team when needed. Key topic areas include Application Lifecycle Management, Business Process Management, Test Management, Change Management, Deployments, System and Business Process Monitoring, Alerting, and ALM methodologies. Deliver ALM / BTP Service portfolio to Premium Customers., Understand the latest in DevOps for the SAP ecosystem., Stay updated on SAP Business Technology Platform capabilities., Deliver CoE Engineering Services., Embrace functionality and technical capabilities of SAP product releases., Provide onsite and remote services for global customers., Demonstrate flexibility for customer travel., Understand needs for Solution Optimization, Process automation, and Solution High Availability., Adopt methodologies of CoE Engineering Services and execute objectives., Provide clear recommendations to promote service value.
