As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the following tasks::

Assessing business needs through detailed process analysis and collaboration;; Managing projects related to business analysis and vendor management;; Providing ongoing support for SAP production activities while identifying areas for improvement;; Overseeing technical aspects of SAP systems including configuration and customization;; Communicating effectively with stakeholders regarding updates and service improvements;; Handling on-call responsibilities to address urgent issues outside of regular hours
