Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Business Systems Analyst with expertise in SAP S4/Hana, specifically in the Production Planning (PP) module, to join a leading global player in the pharmaceutical industry. This role involves collaborating closely with various business process teams to comprehensively understand both current and future business processes and requirements. The core objective is to ensure that our technological investments align with and enhance the strategic goals of the organization. This position will serve as a crucial link between end users and a third-party support team, ensuring technical compatibility and user satisfaction. The analyst will be responsible for writing and maintaining detailed system documentation, which includes user specifications, functional requirements, test scripts, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions. The role further emphasizes participation in strategic sessions to guide business management in effectively utilizing SAP S4/Hana. The successful candidate will work alongside department leadership to foster open communication regarding issues and enhancement priorities, translating business needs into actionable solutions, and ensuring successful implementations within the SAP framework.

The Business Systems Analyst will engage in a variety of responsibilities that include supporting the implementation of SAP S4/Hana solutions, troubleshooting business processes, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.:

Collaborate with business process teams to understand and document requirements;; Act as a liaison between end users and third-party support teams;; Develop and maintain detailed system documentation including test scripts and SOPs;; Facilitate strategy sessions to guide the management in SAP S4/Hana utilization;; Translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions;; Troubleshoot issues in SAP S4/Hana modules such as SCM, MM, IM, eWM, QM, and MDG;; Implement solutions using project management methodologies;; Work with vendors to resolve system issues and develop enhancements;; Train users and assist in the development of training materials
