Job Description:

As a pivotal member of our organization, you will lead the strategic development and operational execution of our Americas SAP Enterprise Resource Planning Center of Excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a team of internal subject matter experts to ensure that our business processes are optimized for effectiveness, availability, and security. You will also manage relationships with our external Application Managed Service providers, ensuring that they deliver high-quality support for our SAP systems. Your leadership will play a crucial role in maintaining the seamless integration of various systems, thereby supporting our goal of enhancing patient mobility globally. You will oversee SAP S4 Finance, Order to Cash, and Extended Warehouse Management systems, driving continuous improvements and ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

As the Business Systems Director, you will be tasked with leading a high-performing team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service levels in support of our SAP systems. Your responsibilities will include overseeing system performance, fostering collaborative relationships with business partners, and driving accountability across the organization.:

Develop and implement strategies for SAP ERP system enhancements and integrations;; Manage direct and indirect teams to meet incident service level agreements;; Ensure system reliability and security, aligning with industry regulations;; Facilitate a culture of continuous improvement within the team;; Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize project demand and roadmap
