We are currently seeking a Chemical Regulations and Hazardous Substances Manager to ensure compliance within the Business Area.

As a Chemical Regulations and Hazardous Substances Manager, you will be responsible for executing, coordinating, and supporting the Business Area to ensure compliance in the field of Chemical Regulations.:

    Define and establish a process for handling Chemical Regulations within the Business Area, Screen for potential introductions and changes to established Chemical Regulations, Assess the impact of Chemical Regulations and coordinate actions with relevant parties, Serve as the central point of contact for customer and internal requests related to Chemical Regulations, Execute notification obligations derived from Chemical Regulations for products placed on the market, Implement and maintain a systematic approach for managing hazardous substances in series production, Identify applicable legal requirements and ensure awareness among stakeholders, Establish and train on common standards based on regulatory requirements for hazardous materials

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
  • Several years of technical experience in regulations management

  • Strong knowledge of legal requirements and compliance obligations for chemical raw materials and products
  • Risk management skills

  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work independently and assertively
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
