As a member of the innovation team, you will collaborate daily with a range of partners, including material designers, product creators, athlete scientists, and engineers, as well as external creative partners and studios. Excellent communication and storytelling abilities are essential to articulate your vision and inspire cross-functional teams at critical company milestones. Building strong relationships with these partners will be vital for driving projects from concept to actual production.:

Develop industry-leading creative solutions for assigned concepts or categories, focusing on performance innovations that guide the advanced product process from concept identification through to production., Design cutting-edge product innovations that establish the industry standard for athletic performance., Conduct research on athlete and consumer insights to inform the aesthetic and functional aspects of each project., Stay updated on design trends and innovations and understand their practical applications., Share new insights and best practices with the extended innovation team., Work collaboratively with dedicated cross-functional teams., Translate the creative vision into tangible products., Manage your own creative process and design projects independently, making clear decisions and maintaining productivity., Implement innovation themes by converting insights, performance benefits, and technological opportunities into strategic products., Present product ideas and details clearly and effectively., Visualize product concepts and ranges with high expertise., Travel as needed to marketplaces or manufacturing partners., Provide creative direction in collaboration with marketing and development teams., Engage with team members and external partners.
