The Director of ERP Systems will lead multiple technology initiatives and oversee significant projects, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals.:

Develop and execute the technology strategy for HR and financial systems;; Mentor and manage a diverse team of IT professionals, fostering innovation and continuous improvement;; Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely completion within budget;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions seamlessly;; Implement software development best practices and maintain high-quality standards;; Identify and manage risks associated with technology projects;; Manage the technology department budget efficiently
