As the Director of SAP Solutions, you will undertake various responsibilities pivotal to the success of our SAP initiatives.:

Guide SAP transformation programs to ensure they align with overall business objectives.;; Enhance process efficiencies across different departments by leveraging SAP solutions.;; Oversee the solution design and implementation in key areas such as Customer Service, Billing, and Field Service Management.;; Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless integration and operation of SAP functionalities.;; Manage vendor relationships to optimize service delivery and performance.;; Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to resolve operational challenges.

• 5+ years leading technical and functional teams through project lifecycles
• Preferred certifications in SAP ISU, S4 HANA, PMP, or ITIL
