In this role, you will work closely with product and tech leadership to define solutions, plan delivery roadmaps, and prioritize resources effectively.:

Collaborate with product and technology leadership to define solutions and plan delivery roadmaps while balancing resources and priorities., Lead a diverse team of engineers specializing in AI and Data, contributing hands-on engineering expertise., Establish and maintain a culture of excellence, ensuring high code quality, rapid delivery, and a shared sense of ownership among team members., Encourage a culture of growth and psychological safety by providing regular feedback, reviews, and mentoring to team members.

Qualifications:

• Minimum four years of hands-on experience in AI
• preferably in Natural Language Processing
• Data Science
• or Data Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong technical foundation with a deep understanding of software development best practices.
• Experience implementing and promoting Agile methodologies
• such as Scrum or Kanban
• in engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• effectively interacting with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Team player with the ability to mentor junior colleagues.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
