ERP Administrator

Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Administrator to join our dynamic team in Cleveland, Ohio. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring it operates at peak performance and maintains high availability. You will work closely with various stakeholders across different departments to assess their needs and implement necessary system enhancements. Your role will include managing user accounts, permissions, and roles within the ERP system to safeguard data security and integrity. Regular system audits will be part of your responsibilities, alongside troubleshooting any issues that arise and providing technical support to end users. You will also take charge of ERP system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance tasks. Documentation is key, and you will be responsible for developing and maintaining thorough documentation related to system configurations, workflows, and operational procedures. Training and supporting end users in effectively utilizing ERP functionalities will also be a significant aspect of your role. You will ensure that the ERP system integrates seamlessly with other business systems and applications while monitoring data accuracy and addressing any discrepancies. Additionally, you will collaborate with vendors and external partners to facilitate system enhancements, customizations, and integrations with third-party applications.

  • Experience with integrating ERP systems with third-party applications is essential.

  • Ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical users.
  • Experience in project management or familiarity with Agile methodologies will be considered an advantage.
