Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented ERP Administrator to oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of our Enterprise Resource Planning systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our ERP and CRM applications function smoothly and effectively, aligning with the strategic goals of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of ERP systems, demonstrate exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and exhibit strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration among team members. You will be responsible for optimizing system performance, ensuring high data quality, and providing strategic insights to support business objectives. Additionally, you will work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements, develop policies and procedures, and manage the integration of new software solutions.

As an ERP Administrator, your responsibilities encompass a variety of strategic, operational, and managerial tasks that ensure the effective performance of ERP systems.:
- Align ERP and CRM applications with organizational goals and user requirements;; Gather and analyze end-user requirements for system usability and data access;; Develop and maintain policies for CRM software administration;; Evaluate, install, and deploy new ERP and CRM applications;; Conduct quality assurance testing in collaboration with analysts and developers;; Implement data-cleansing initiatives to maintain database integrity;; Lead training sessions to enhance user understanding of CRM systems;; Manage team performance, including hiring and mentoring staff;; Recommend and implement software upgrades and improvements
