Job Description:
- We are looking for a skilled ERP Analyst to enhance our manufacturing operations by leveraging your expertise in Epicor ERP. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective management, optimization, and support of the Epicor ERP system, ensuring it aligns with our business objectives and enhances operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including production, supply chain, finance, and IT, to identify opportunities for ERP improvements and implement necessary enhancements. Your role will also involve conducting training sessions for users, providing ongoing support, and troubleshooting any ERP-related issues to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

As an ERP Analyst, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the optimal performance of our Epicor ERP system. Your key responsibilities will include the following::
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Epicor ERP system to adapt to the organization's changing needs;; Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify ERP enhancements and implement process improvements;; Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the ERP system;; Promptly troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues to minimize operational downtime;; Manage ERP upgrades, patches, and ensure smooth integration with third-party systems;; Analyze and report on key performance metrics, offering actionable insights for management;; Ensure data integrity and security within the Epicor ERP system;; Keep abreast of the latest Epicor ERP developments and recommend best practices for system utilization
