Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ERP Business Analyst who will play a crucial role in transforming business requirements into technical specifications. This position involves collaborating closely with Process Owners to ensure that our operations align with business needs. You will provide strategic insights to enhance existing processes and work hand-in-hand with our programming team to ensure clarity and understanding of the requirements. Your ability to critically assess and reconcile information from diverse sources will enable you to break down complex information into actionable insights. Additionally, you will serve as a key communicator, providing regular updates and documentation to management and stakeholders. Staying updated on advancements in software technologies will be essential as you bridge the gap between IT and our business functions, acting as a proxy Product Owner when necessary.

The ERP Business Analyst will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are critical to the success of the organization.:

Collaborate with Process Owners to transform business requirements into technical specifications;; Provide leadership to enhance existing business processes;; Work closely with programming teams to ensure understanding of requirements;; Consult with development teams to improve usability and recommend enhancements;; Evaluate information from multiple sources and resolve conflicts;; Provide status reports and project updates to management;; Communicate project expectations and status clearly to stakeholders;; Deliver documentation as per defined standards such as Functional Requirements and Use Cases;; Stay informed of software technology advancements
