Job Description:
- We are seeking a dedicated ERP Functional Specialist who will serve as a vital link between our business operations and IT teams. In this role, you will be the primary expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring that business needs are met with effective technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include gathering business requirements, delivering user training, addressing help desk issues, and providing essential support during project launches and system enhancements. You will play a crucial role in optimizing system functionalities to align with our operational objectives while empowering users to fully leverage the capabilities of the system.

As an ERP Functional Specialist, your key responsibilities will include::
- Act as the primary contact for business teams regarding Business Central functionalities.;; Manage and resolve support tickets through the Jira platform, ensuring timely responses.;; Document and analyze requirements for system enhancements and new initiatives.;; Collaborate with development teams to communicate business needs for system improvements.;; Identify and address issues proactively through backlog management and system analysis.;; Conduct functional testing of changes prior to user acceptance testing.;; Facilitate user training and create comprehensive documentation to support system usage.;; Evaluate potential new technologies and plugins to enhance system capabilities.;; Maintain documentation for processes and system enhancements for transparency and consistency.;; Recommend improvements to system functionality and business processes to align with goals.
