Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team in Buffalo, NY. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding businesses through the entire lifecycle of ERP implementation projects, from initial consultation and needs assessment to system configuration, training, and ongoing support. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements, customize the ERP system to meet those needs, and ensure a smooth transition to the new system. Your expertise will help clients maximize the value of their investment in our ERP solutions, ultimately leading to enhanced operational efficiency and productivity. This position requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

As an ERP Implementation Consultant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to::

Conducting detailed assessments of client needs and existing processes.;; Configuring and customizing ERP software to align with client requirements.;; Providing training to users to ensure effective adoption of the new system.;; Offering ongoing support to clients post-implementation to resolve any issues.;; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the ERP product based on user feedback.
