You will be responsible for delivering managed services to clients, ensuring optimal performance of vital application technologies such as ERP and Middleware. By proactively identifying and resolving incidents, you will enhance operational efficiency and provide essential feedback for system improvements. This position requires a thorough understanding of technical systems and applications, particularly ERPs, to streamline processes and elevate user experiences. Your expertise will drive system upgrades, configurations, and administration, while also ensuring the integrity and security of data within the ERP landscape. As a specialist, you will engage with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and manage testing and troubleshooting efforts, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

As an ERP Specialist, you will oversee the coordination and management of the Enterprise Resource Planning system, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.:

Manage the transition from Oracle eBusiness Suite to SAP S/4 HANA;; Write and approve functional specifications documents;; Maintain the ERP system landscape, including upgrades and patches;; Ensure data quality and manage user access and permissions;; Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance;; Create documentation for system processes and workflows;; Develop and deliver training for end users and support teams
