As an ERP Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our users and enhancing our Infor Cloud Suite Industrial system. This includes conducting user setup, system access maintenance, and administrative functions. You will be responsible for facilitating comprehensive training sessions tailored to various user levels, ensuring everyone from beginners to advanced users can effectively utilize the system. Your expertise will also be vital in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving ERP-related tickets, thereby enhancing user experience and system functionality. In addition to user support, you will identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements to meet evolving business needs. You will be the subject matter expert on ERP systems and processes, guiding the organization through compliance requests, auditing transactions for accuracy, and maintaining strong business relationships. Your role will require collaboration, communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

As an ERP Specialist, you will engage in a variety of tasks aimed at supporting our ERP users and enhancing system performance.:

Perform user setups and manage system access.;; Deliver training sessions on various ERP functionalities.;; Monitor and resolve ERP tickets from users of all skill levels.;; Develop and implement training for future acquisitions.;; Act as a subject matter expert on ERP systems.;; Identify and propose process improvements.;; Conduct monthly uplift testing.;; Provide comprehensive support for SOX compliance requests.;; Audit system transactions for data accuracy.;; Build robust business relationships to foster collaboration.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; BS/BA in Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Infor Cloud Suite Industrial (Syteline) as an end user is essential.
• Experience with Syteline Version 8 or higher is required.
• Knowledge of Factory Track, IDM, and Field Service Plus is a plus.
• Experience with implementation and integration of ERP systems.
