Job Description:

Are you passionate about technology and its role in enhancing business processes? We are seeking an ERP Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with project stakeholders about any changes, enhancements, and modifications needed for our management systems. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate data is tracked towards our targeted goals. Your expertise will be crucial as you coordinate ETL processes and report authoring for multiple projects, as well as provide essential interface development support for our ERP initiatives. You will conduct feasibility studies for new functional requirements and execute release and deployment management in collaboration with vendors. Organizing project documentation and preparing flowcharts of data movement will be key parts of your responsibilities. We expect you to contribute significantly to the team by accomplishing related results as required and investigating and resolving application-related issues while providing tier-two support and troubleshooting. Your ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify necessary modifications in our existing systems will be vital to meeting the evolving requirements of our organization. You will also assist in the creation of system designs and functional specifications for new projects while maintaining version control for developments.

As an ERP Specialist, you will undertake a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our ERP system.:
