Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ERP Specialist to join our team at Lonestar Electric Supply. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Epicor Eclipse ERP systems and a proven track record in the wholesale distribution sector. You will play a vital role in enhancing company operations by designing and implementing system standards that promote efficiency and productivity across multiple branches. You will also be responsible for providing training and support to associates, ensuring they can effectively utilize the ERP system. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing system updates and functionality improvements.

As an ERP Specialist, you will be tasked with various responsibilities that are essential to the success of our ERP implementation and management.:

Design and execute standards and governance for the Eclipse ERP system.;; Create efficiencies and standardization across all branches and subsidiaries.;; Oversee support and project requests from associates via the helpdesk.;; Stay updated on industry trends related to ERP systems in the electrical wholesale distribution sector.;; Investigate and resolve discrepancies or malfunctions within the system.;; Develop training materials and conduct educational sessions for users.;; Manage user access and establish new user accounts.;; Act as the primary liaison between our organization and vendor partners.
