Job Description:

    We are looking for a dedicated and experienced ERP Support Specialist who is passionate about providing exceptional technical support and enhancing the user experience with our ERP software. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in programming and accounting principles, along with comprehensive knowledge of ERP systems. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, guiding end-users through complex processes, and ensuring the seamless operation of our ERP solutions. You will collaborate closely with various teams to resolve challenges and improve system efficiency. A commitment to customer service and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this role.

As an ERP Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include providing technical assistance and support to end-users, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and ensuring the effective operation of our ERP software. You will be expected to document support activities, conduct training sessions, and assist in various projects.:

    Deliver technical support to end-users via multiple communication channels;; Install, configure, and maintain software application components;; Collaborate with team members to address complex technical challenges;; Document all support activities in the help desk ticketing system;; Provide training and guidance to users on software applications;; Assist in project implementation and initiatives;; Utilize programming skills to automate tasks and enhance efficiency

  • 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
