ERP Support Specialist

Job Description:

    We are seeking an ERP Support Specialist who will be instrumental in providing exceptional technical support to users of our ERP systems and related applications. This role involves troubleshooting various issues, resolving problems effectively, and ensuring that the ERP system operates smoothly. You will be responsible for addressing user inquiries, configuring system settings, and implementing updates. A significant part of this role includes collaborating with different departments to discern their business needs and identify opportunities for system optimization. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of ERP software and the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical users. You will play a critical role in analyzing business requirements to enhance system usage and drive improvements.

As an ERP Support Specialist, you will take ownership of support tickets and ensure timely resolution while providing high-quality service to all stakeholders.:

    Manage application support tickets from receipt through to resolution;; Participate in the selection, planning, implementation, and continued support of software solutions;; Develop test plans and manage quality assurance for system upgrades;; Create and maintain documentation for ERP processes;; Conduct training sessions for end-users on ERP functionalities;; Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system;; Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues;; Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for applications, providing best practice recommendations;; Coordinate with vendors to fix bugs and implement necessary patches;; Attend training sessions to build technical skills for complex problem-solving;; Collaborate with users to understand workflows and recommend improvements;; Engage in special projects and additional duties as required
