Job Description:

We are seeking an Expert IT SAP Functional Analyst specializing in Fieldglass to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of our SAP Fieldglass solutions. The successful candidate will ensure that the Fieldglass module integrates seamlessly with other HR and business systems, enhancing our HR processes and data management capabilities. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business requirements, developing functional design documents, configuring the system, and providing support to both the Line of Business and IT organizations. As a strategic partner, you will play a crucial role in technology decisions and ongoing system support, thereby driving the success of our technology initiatives.

As an IT SAP Functional Analyst, you will engage in various critical tasks that support the functionality and integration of SAP Fieldglass.:

Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Fieldglass with in-depth knowledge of Contingent Workforce Management and related modules;; Implement and configure SAP Fieldglass, ensuring smooth integration with SAP Ariba, SAP Success Factors, and S/4 HANA;; Lead best practices in migrating and integrating SAP ECC to S/4 HANA while ensuring data flow integrity;; Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and commitment to shared objectives;; Collaborate with HR, Procurement, and IT departments to translate business requirements into technical solutions;; Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Fieldglass and its integrations;; Provide expert advice to optimize contingent workforce management and procurement processes;; Stay updated on SAP Fieldglass enhancements and conduct training sessions for end-users
