We are looking for a dedicated Commissioning Engineer to support our field service team in commissioning turbo compressors and expansion turbines at customer locations worldwide.:
- Perform commissioning at customer sites domestically and internationally, often in collaboration with a team of commissioning engineers and product specialists., Coordinate closely with the customer's team responsible for the entire plant on-site., Participate in meetings for the coordination and preparation of work processes., Depending on prior experience or the plant, independently execute or significantly contribute to commissioning in accordance with operational instructions, design documents, and customer specifications., Conduct independent testing of all necessary electrotechnical and mechanical settings up to the test run of the delivered machine or plant., Accompany the test run of the complete customer plant on-site., Support and participate in training and instructing the customer's employees on-site regarding the correct operation of the machine., Implement upgrades regarding control and regulation to the latest standards., Conduct on-site assignments to troubleshoot software failures or malfunctions in the regulation/control of compressors and turbines.

Qualifications:
- Completed degree in mechanical engineering
- electrical engineering
- mechatronics
- or a similar technical qualification with additional credentials.
- Experience in assembling mechanical components for equipment and plant construction.
- Strong mechanical and electrotechnical knowledge.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in commissioning special plants or machinery
- or in commissioning mechatronic systems is preferred.
- Experience in the automation field.
- Solid knowledge of instrumentation control and equivalent electronics.
- Experience in technical field service or compressor construction is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally for extended periods (approximately seventy to eighty percent).
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Curiosity and enjoyment of working in an international and intercultural environment.
- Confident and diplomatic communication skills along with assertiveness.
- High sense of responsibility and enjoyment of independent work.
- Willingness to engage in continuous training
- especially in electrical engineering.
