As a key player in our Autonomous Functions team, you will engage in the development of self-driving vehicle capabilities, collaborating closely with colleagues to tackle challenges in autonomous vehicle functions, safety monitoring, and manual driving operations. This role offers you the unique opportunity to work at the forefront of automotive technology, contributing to projects that not only advance vehicle functionality but also ensure a safer and more efficient transport ecosystem for generations to come.

As a Function Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing vehicle motion coordination strategies and prediction algorithms for both manually operated and fully automated vehicles.:

    Designing and implementing software solutions with a focus on ISO26262 and cybersecurity requirements;; Engaging in continuous integration practices to deliver software updates to production vehicles;; Conducting algorithm design and proof of concept investigations for new vehicle motion management functionalities;; Handling requirements and participating in vehicle testing;; Leading design coordination and integration activities across various modules and engineering departments throughout the product lifecycle

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Vehicle Dynamics, Control Systems, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field
  • Experience in advanced control systems
  • Hands-on experience with automotive systems, particularly in vehicle motion control and dynamics
  • Familiarity with software development standards such as ISO26262
  • Proficient in MATLAB, Simulink, C, C++, and Python
  • Knowledge of application software development environments
