Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a skilled Functional Consultant specializing in Point of Sale applications to help us enhance our client's operational effectiveness. In this pivotal role, you will be the linchpin between our customers and the software development team, ensuring that customer requirements are translated into actionable and functional solutions. You will facilitate Discovery workshops and functional training sessions to gain a comprehensive understanding of client needs. Your expertise in creating impactful demos and presentations will be crucial during the presales phase. As a Functional Consultant, you will collaborate closely with clients to define user stories, establish acceptance criteria, and develop minimum viable products. You will oversee system customizations and integrations, fostering seamless communication among customers, development teams, and quality assurance units throughout the project lifecycle.

As a Functional Consultant, you will engage with clients to ensure a successful software delivery process.:

Act as the customer advocate in software delivery;; Translate customer requirements into user stories and functional processes;; Conduct Discovery workshops and functional training sessions;; Prepare impactful demos and presentations for presales efforts;; Define and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and MVPs;; Manage system customizations and integrations;; Facilitate communication between customers, development, and QA teams
