Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Information Technology Business System Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and resolving system issues related to SAP MM/EWM and other IT platforms. This position requires a deep understanding of warehouse management processes and the ability to analyze requirements gathered from system users. You will document these functional needs and effectively communicate them to our IT solution teams. In addition, you will liaise with various business stakeholders to design solutions that meet their needs. Another key aspect of this role involves developing comprehensive training materials for SAP MM/EWM and conducting training sessions for key users and local management. Your contribution will be vital in supporting system testing, change management, and other essential IT project activities, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of the systems. Strong collaboration with business units and IT team members is essential to optimize the efficiency of our SAP MM/EWM systems.
