We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager with a talent for sales and strong communication skills. Your job is to generate new business with existing and potential clients, primarily in the Pharmaceutical industry.

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining customer relationships.:
- Collaborate with Account Executives to uncover upsell opportunities within the existing customer base, Manage the renewal and contract extension processes for current customers, Conduct account reviews to identify new sales opportunities, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention, Plan and execute targeted prospecting campaigns for specific groups of potential clients, Identify and reach out to new potential customers through cold calling efforts, Schedule meetings for Account Executives, Provide product demonstrations and manage the sales cycle, with initial support from Account Executives, Maintain up-to-date information in the CRM (Hubspot)

Qualifications:
- At least three years of sales experience
- A minimum of two years of cold calling experience in a B2B environment

- Additional language proficiency is a plus
