The IT Business Process Manager is integral to the Quality Assurance team, serving as a bridge between business operations and global IT teams to ensure timely achievement of business objectives.:

Manage the QIMS application for all QA laboratories across multiple locations., Oversee QIMS configuration, permissions, maintenance setup, and continuous improvements to ensure efficient operations aligned with current and future business processes., Collaborate with QIMS power users and global IT teams to gather and validate business requirements concerning new or revised processes in QIMS, ensuring proper configuration and user acceptance testing., Implement new business processes in QIMS, using administration tools or formal change requests to global IT teams, contributing throughout all implementation phases., Ensure thorough documentation of requirements and follow up on software application development stages, acceptance testing, and implementation of future processes., Facilitate online data collection for QA laboratory instruments through configuration or routine change requests to global IT teams., Create new analysis reports with the ART module of QIMS, either through simple or advanced design based on requests from QIMS power users and QA management., Provide first-level support for the QIMS user community and supervise data correction in QIMS.

Qualifications:

• Relevant educational background: University degree in a technical or scientific field.
• Practical experience: Demonstrated experience in similar roles
